These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Brambyl WordPress plugin ("the Plugin") provided by Brambyl ("we", "us", "our"), operated from Brambyl.com.
By installing, activating, or using the Plugin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Plugin.
Brambyl is a WordPress plugin that connects to your Google Search Console account to provide diagnostics and, with an active PRO subscription, automated repair tools for common search indexing issues.
The Plugin is offered in a free tier (diagnostics and monitoring) and a paid PRO tier (95 USD/year for a single site, 225 USD/year for up to 5 sites) that adds repair tools, IndexNow integration, drift detection, and fix history with rollback. PRO features require an active, paid subscription.
The Plugin requests access to your Google Search Console data via OAuth (scope: webmasters). This allows the plugin to read your Search Console data and submit sitemaps on your behalf. We do not access, store, or transmit your Google credentials. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on your own WordPress installation and are used solely to retrieve your Search Console data and submit sitemaps. You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings or from the plugin's settings page.
Automated repair tools modify your website's database and configuration. Before applying any repair, you are responsible for maintaining a current backup of your website and database. While every repair includes scoped rollback capability, we are not liable for any data loss, site malfunction, or business impact resulting from repairs you choose to apply.
PRO subscriptions are billed annually through our payment processor (Stripe). You may cancel at any time; access to PRO features continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase by contacting info@Brambyl.com.
The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that use of the Plugin will improve search rankings, indexing, or traffic. Search engine behavior is outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Plugin is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to PRO features for violation of these Terms or non-payment. You may stop using the Plugin at any time by deactivating and deleting it from your WordPress site.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
